I Love it
This neck stretcher is a good option for neck pain. When I have tension, it relaxes the muscles, and the heat calms and soothes.

I use this nearly everyday
It’s honestly been helpful when I’m having neck pain flare ups. The relief is immediate sometimes, other times it takes a while of just laying there after a long day.The heating pad did malfunction for me after a few days. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Hopefully it’s just a fluke. The times I have used it, it does warm up well and help with tension. If you have regular sores, this should really help along with other stretches. If you have severe neck pain like me, it will help manage pain, and it doesn’t hurt to give it a try.

How to stop it from sliding while using it?
I had fractured the T1 & T2 area of my spine which has caused my head to go forward, (as in a hunchback). I bought this thinking that, along with my neck exercises, it would help, but it keeps sliding away from where it should be placed on the neck! It has a smooth bottom to it, and this causes it to slide around when using it on carpet, the bed, sofa, or anywhere I lie. Can someone tell me how to stop the darn thing from sliding away from my neck?

A real deal product!
This thing is the real deal! I have had back and posture issues my entire life, and it wasn’t until this year that a new chiropractor I started seeing, showed me by x-ray how out of line my neck was. My neck is 48mm from where it should be. Every mm is equal to1lb of pressure. So I am carrying an extra 48lbs of pressure on my shoulders.Step 1 was weekly adjustments, and step 2 was to buy one of these and gradually work up to using it for 10 minutes per day. I was instructed to start with a single minute. If I felt any discomfort the next day, repeat the same amount of minutes. If I felt zero discomfort the next day, add a minute. The goal being to reach 10 minutes per day.I can actually feel this thing changing the curvature of my neck! It is the craziest thing! If you’re on the fence about buying this, BUY IT. Just be sure to listen to your body! Don’t push yourself too far too fast.

This just flat out worked for me.
I'm one of those people who rarely writes reviews. But when it comes to a product that actually relieved my pain, it's time to tell others. Like a lot of people, I work heads down over a computer for a large part of the day. About 2 years ago, my neck became very stiff and turning my head to either side was really painful. Turning to the right was the worst. I was relegated to turning my entire body to the right when checking for traffic in my car. Honestly, I figured it was just part of getting older.I even started using my hands to force my head side to side to see if that would bring relief. That was crazy painful and didn't help at all. After reading some positive reviews about this product, I purchased it. I basically use it twice a day for about 10-15 minutes. I have to say I am shocked at how much it has relieved my pain. My neck is now pretty much pain free, still a little stiff, but the pain when turning right or left is gone for the most part. I can almost touch my chin to my shoulder on both sides with no pain. Amazing. The warming sleeve that comes with it is nice, but not essential. It has 3 levels of heat and it does get quite warm. You have to use a USB wall outlet adapter if you want to plug it into a regular 120V outlet. Kind of weird, but it works.I highly recommend at least trying this product or a similar one. If it works for you like it did for me, it will be well worth it. I paid $30 and it was money well spent. And lastly, I was NOT paid to write this review, nor did I get any compensation whatsoever.

Works well
Works well, I thought the heating part was cordless but it’s not must keep plugged in to use the heat part which is kinda inconvenient. Other than that it works well.
