Works great for me, I can tell a difference in my energy levels, I’m not able to take pills so this is a great product for me

I take so many supplements that it was like swallowing a small mountain of pills each morning, so on a lark I tried these to replace four of the pills, and they work great!I can feel the B12 kicking in within about fifteen minutes. They stick pretty well on the backside of my arms, and will stay on in moderately sweaty conditions.Also cost much less than the B Vitamin horse pills I was taking before, and do just as good a job.This PatchMD brand is for real, I've used their Iron supplements and multi-vitamin versions too.If you are looking for a better solution than swallowing a pile of pills this is it.

I've used other B12 patches which were more expensive. Tried to save some money and decided to try this patch. These patches did nothing for me; unlike the other more expensive patches. Will not purchase again. The more expensive patches do work and smelled like my B12 vitamins. This patch had no smell and no impact.

I haven't noticed any change, but I'm not one to expect magical effects from basic nutritional support. That's not my issue: The first package, I tried the patch on different locations on my body and, for the most part, assumed I must not have found the right spot, as it was always at least partly peeled up by the end of the day. This second box is worse. I do not have dry skin, nor do I use any lotions. They feel plenty sticky when you peel them off the backing, but they have no elasticity at all, nor is it rigid to hold its shape, so as skin moves, edges lift. If skin moves more, they end up partially or completely stuck to the inside of my clothing. They stick better to anything else but my actual skin. I am chronically ill and disabled. I don't move much, so it's wild how much I'm peeling these off the inside of clothing. Perhaps my skin is unsuitable for this patch due to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.Also, I'm not going to pretend to understand nutritional nanoscience, but B vitamins have color. Methylcobalamin is bright red, and tends to break down without protective light-blocking. The adhesive medium on this patch is translucent and colorless.I can't find any science that makes the declared content make sense with its appearance, and very little information is provided even on their website to back its efficacy. Transdermal nutrition is absolutely valid, yes, but I saw only anecdotal claims for this specific product.My digestive system is a wreck. I rely on transdermal nutrition and medication. Maybe it's life-changing for others, but of the four transdermal patches I wear daily, this one is not holding up for me.

I have a b12 deficiency and have to make sure to put a lot of it in my body in order to absorb just enough for life to not be miserable. When I use these patches every day, I don’t have to take so many b12 supplements, so it definitely works.

I've tried pills, sublingual drops, & energy shots. Pills are uncomfortable to swallow, & don't work fast or well for me. Sublingual drops are expensive, as are the energy shots. Energy shots also contain "proprietary blends" added to vitamins. However, these transdermal patches are a worthy alternative. The PatchMD B12 Plus is easy to use. Works fast & consistently, almost instantly. Contains only an appropriate blend of vitamins, no additives. It's cost-effective. It also packs well for travel in a slim envelope; does not take up a lot of storage space. PatchMD B12 Plus Patch may not work for everyone, but it works for me, and may work for you.
