Will it hold a 50 foot cord?

Yes it would easily hold that it is big enough for 100ft and feels nice and strong

What is the inside diameter of the washer for this strap?

Guessing it’s close to a half inch. It’ll easily fit over a good sized nail or screw.

I no longer have the package they came in and they don't say on the product label, but am pretty sure it was china. however, to give it it's due, since i normally have an issue with things made in china, these straps have been great. i have cords rolled up and bound with them, outdoors, and they hold up really well, the velcro is strong, i'm very happy with mine.
