Good in a smoothie but a little too sweet by itself.

Not fond of the taste, however the taste does not linger and easily goes away with a few sips of your beverage choice. This is the only CoQ10 I have kept on auto-ship as it seems to make a difference in how I feel. Started back and in just a couple of days all better.I had taken other CoQ10 in the past and never noticed any difference. So this MaryRuths CoQ10 is one of my staples that I take every morning.
