This item failed on the fifth crimp and will now not work at all. I have had to give one star to enable me to submit problem

As advertised and works great!
As advertised and works great! Just make sure you have the crimping blocks lined up correctly, both sides with size displayed on the same side and pump 3 more times max once it originally becomes tuff to squeeze.

Does not hold up.
We just used this for project, kit worked great for the first 12 crimps. After that it was difficult to produce good crimps. Needed players to close and open the valve. We could not complete the job. I just miisseed the return window. I’m very disappointed ☹️ ☹️☹️

Die needed a little grinding.
Would not crimp tight enough. Little touch with grinder on die and it worked great.

Cutter and crimper worked well
The cutter gave a nice clean cable end. The crimper worked well once we looked at a video that explained you don't want to use the 1/8 groove to crimp (swage), just use the flat part and pump the hydraulic crimper a few times.

Great for crimping and giving plenty of holding power for stainless steel cable railing.
