will it have pressure cracks like some say?

Mine didn't have and and some light use hasn't resulted in any yet, but pressure cracks are part of a skateboards wear and tear.

Is this deck good and professional approved?

This is a very good skateboard. I have been riding mine for 3 months or so and no chips. I skate almost everyday. I don’t know however if it is pro approved.

A 7 inch deck is going to be towards the shorter side of the deck world. Small boards need small feet.

Depends on the width. If it’s and 8 inch board you will need 149 Indy’s but different companies have different wheel base sizes with their trucks so you’ll have to look at their online guides
