The Women's 9-10 would probably be your best bet. It is better to have an insole that is a little too long and properly cradles your heel than one which is too short and narrow. I have never tried superfeet green, but I have tried spenco polysorb as well as the doctor scholls active series. This is something that you may have to experiment with and try different insoles. You are already better off by replacing the stock insoles that come with the shoes. Not everyone has the same foot or the same foot issues, so this will be a choice that is highly individualistic. Something that works for me, might not work for someone else.
