She was able to pull her arms out of the side floatsUpdated review-Full five stars company offered me a complimentary replacement in an even smaller size. This one I received fits like a vest with arm floats and a crotch strap with neoprene so it is comfortable. This second one is a great product and the 1st floatation device that she didn’t refuse. We had one of these a few years ago. Its been amazing especially for kids on the smaller size. This is our second one as the first one we needed to replaced. Again, that was 2 or 3 swim seasons of use. Can't say enough good things as long as you select the right size. The vest style makes it feel more secure and my daughter doesn't fall forward or backwards like other puddle jumpers. Im sure we may get another one.

Tried this for my son once and no matter what we did he did not enjoy them at all. They seem good quality and durable; he just wasn’t a fan. I think the sizing runs a bit large so it keeps going up for him.

These toddler floaties are a game-changer—snug, secure, and give great confidence in the water. They stay in place, dry quickly, and don’t rub or irritate. Loved the whistle that is attached for safety. Bought for littles that just turned 2 and 4. A must-have for safe pool fun!

Really good quality, but too big for my 18 month old. We do have another one for my 3.5 year old and it fits great, so maybe I should’ve gotten something smaller for my baby! All in all it’s a great life vest and it keeps them safe.

Title: Not as Snug as Expected — Strap System Could Be ImprovedWhile the HeySplash vest is bright and comfortable, it didn’t hold up as securely as I’d hoped. After a day at the beach, I noticed the bottom of the vest rode up a bit on my child, and the chest strap didn’t stay tight—even after adjusting. The arm floaties are well-constructed but shifting around made me worried during active splash time. My child didn’t seem fully supported, especially when trying to float or practice kicking. For casual play, it’s fine—but for active swimming or ocean use, it barely did the job.

It works 100% and is beautiful with good quality.

Im giving it 3 stars because the size description it's wrong. I was so excited for my toddler to wear this, that the day it arrived we used it just to find out it was really big on her! The vest size says 14kg (30lbs) the item description says for 22lbs and above. So you can understand my disappointment - returning this vest because obviously it's not the right sizeOverall the color it's great, I was holding my daughter because it was big but it definitely keeps my daughter floating, if it wasn't for the size I would have been happy with it!
