Works like a charm
I got this because I make candles and I use the acid to clean the seashells I use in said candles. This stuff is amazing! The shells I have cleaned with it so far are stunning. Make sure to use all safety equipment including a max as the fumes can get to you sometimes. I definite recommend to those wanting to clean shells with it, it will work like a charm!

Takes the rust clean off my old tools
And all the layers of skin right off your hand if your not careful. Also use it outside or in a well ventilated area…..figured that out the hard way….. only got a couple layers of skin. I caught that in time. You would think I would have learned after the T.S.P. incident. Well if your not learning the hard way then are you even really learning?

Exactly what I needed.
Some of the products have a lower percentage of the acid in entire product. This is what I purchased from pool company in the past. Bought directly from Amazon instead. Not sure if much of price difference didn’t have to drive 30 minutes to get it.

Worked well to clean my salt ionizer cell.
I mixed a 3 cups of this acid with 7 cups of water to clean my Hayward salt ionizer cell. Let it sit for a day, rinsed, reinstalled and it's working perfectly.

Used this to clean aluminum off of cylinder walls
I had an injecter stick and melted #6 on a 24 valve cummins. It caused aluminum to build up at the top of the cylinder. I took a tooth brush and applied this acid full strength and it cleaned it right up without any damage to the iron.
