leather gloves
My husband requested some leather gloves as he had used his reserve supply. The gloves came within a few days and he was pleased with the quality. Compared to the cowhide gloves he had previously, these were not as heavy, but that was a good thing. The gloves were a little tight, but he was able to get them on and said that they were very comfortable. He has arthritis, so heavy gloves no longer fit well. He pulls a lot of weeds on our property, so these gloves protect his hands well. They are soft leather, and he said he would rather buy these more frequently than to deal with stiff, heavy leather gloves. We will buy these again when the supply gets low. Can not speak re: durability because he is still on pair #1. The price was definitely fair.

Price is right, durable work gloves
I like these, a lot of the thicker ones rip easier for some reason. These seemed like they weren't gonna be that durable based off of how they aren't as thick as other yellow ones from other brands, but they hold up even better.Price is right, for now at least, too, at 12 pairs for 43 dollars. If price goes up i'll have to reconsider.

These Gloves Are Great
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Been wearing another brand of goatskin gloves very similar in appearance to these for many years but they have not been available lately. Thought I would try these, even though they aren't goatskin. Been using for two full days now and I'm pleased with them. Two negatives......1) Many reviews state these are thinner than they used to be. I actually like that. They are thicker than the goatskin I'm used to but still pliable. But, the thickness between gloves vary. Not a big deal but be aware.2) The cuff sizes are different. Some of the gloves slide on with no issue. Others have to be tugged on from several different points. THAT is aggravating.I would still recommend them.

Awesome gloves
Great quality, last long time, comfortable, protect your hands, and are not overly hot. The perfect glove for me. Definitely worth trying.

A hell of a lot better then those similar yellow leather gloves that I wasted money on !!!
I wear these every single day on our ranch regardless of the Colorado weather that I have to do chores in and so far they are holding up fantastically !I really wish that these gloves showed up first when I was searching for these instead of those crappy similar looking yellow leather gloves . Those yellow ones stained my forehead YELLOW the very first time that I wiped the sweat away with the back of my hand ! Any bit of those that got the slightest wet stained my hands and any piece of clothing that they touched when wet . The damn palm piece was the very first part to start coming loose , and that was only one week after using , for every single pair that I had purchased !These new gloves don’t transfer any color to my skin or clothing, the very first pair that I am still using has not discolored or started fraying in the least ! Even after watering and feeding , when they dry out still fit true to size , and trying to find any quality XX-LARGE gloves is a nightmare these days . I will be ordering another 12-pairs next payday and two more bundles in other sizes for our ranch hands .THESE ARE GLOVES FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT AFRAID OF HARD WORK !!!UPDATE ... It’s been almost a year now and I finally started getting one small wear hole in the middle finger tip on my right hand and this is just the first pair of gloves out of the package . That is it , no splitting of seams or any other types of damage and I wear these every day regardless of weather. Other helpers that I have given these same gloves to report the same type of hardiness in theirs with no sign of wearing out yet . I will be buying more soon just to stock up on , THESE ARE REALLY QUALITY WORK GLOVES !!!

Probably quite good for light duty in warm, dry weather...
(PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW)..but not so great for heavy duty or use in cold, wet weather. Size Large fits my average male hand snugly, providing better dexterity than more durable, double ply or insulated gloves. My first use was loading a half ton of firewood in 40 degree (F) weather. My hands were nearly numb by the time I unloaded.I doubt the he close fit would have survived the shrinkage had that wood been slightly wet. The price was good, but my usage will be more subject to weather than with the Chinese bulk packs with fortified palms I used to get at Home Depot.SUMMER USE UPDATE:Upgrade to 5 stars. Reason: these thin gloves have been in use heavy use all summer clearing a forest of dead trees, shrubs, weeds, gophers, etc. and have unexpectedly far outlasted the thicker, better insulated throwaway gloves I used in winter. I've used 3 pair for different jobs that involve heavy friction, oil or water or herbicide exposure, and all 3 are still in use in September. Intact--no tears. split seams, or shredded liners to bitch about. A light spray of veggie oil instantly restores flexibility to water-stiffened gloves. They also accumulate none of the pesky Velcro-like weed burrs that infest the local forest. Those stick like magnets to gloves with suede exteriors and cloth cuffs. At this wear rate it may take a decade of summer use to wear out all 12 pairs.

feels good medium duty with annoying finger tips
so you gotta choose among these- heavy duty and hard to do sensitive jobs like putting a nut on a boltor- medium/light duty and capable of sensitive jobsso i keep ripping the gloves and they always ripped on the finger sides on fabric.not leather. this is full leather.these gloves looks like medium to beginner heavy duty. but the finger tips have sewing making it a bit challenging to grasp small items like washers etc.but if you want above functionality you gotta pay x4 $ :)very good for the price. will force these with some heavy duty work and hopefully they can last at 3/4 of the promised level…if so still logical to buy and waste 3 of these instead of an expensive one…somewhat soft leather.
