LOVE these lights! I added them under the cabinets in my apartment and it made a HUGE difference - I can now see what I am doing so much easier and it even made our apartment look sleeker. I even bought a set for my parents to help with their eyesight in the kitchen. It was really easy to install these lights and I love that there is a remote control and a push button on the actual light strand to activate. It makes it really easy to use and customize for what we needed. I have had these for 6+ months and they are still working great! I liked that there is also different brightness options and a timer so we can have these on for ambient lighting too when watching movies or doing other activities. Would definitely buy again.

05/05/2025, update reviewThe replacement works just fine and with that I go back to a 5-star. I really like the warm yellow color of the light which is perfect for under the counter in the morning, and much less harsh than some of the "natural" blue color LEDs.Several levels of brightness and various pre-set timers.Lesson learned: try the entire strip and remote function before putting up. A lot less irritating than having to take it all down should it not work. Aside from that, would and will buy another set.---------- Initial review below ----------05/02/2025Had one before and loved it. Never had any issues with it. Bought a second one after a recent move and the receiver (plug) does not respond to the remote. Even after replacing the remote battery it's not responding. Bummer.The remote itself seems to work (Hint, if you're not aware of this : turn on your phone camera, aim the remote at your phone/camera, and you'll see the IR emitter flicker on your phone screen). The manual switch at the plug itself works but only in on-off mode; no dimming possible with the switch alone.Contacted amazon customer service and they shipped a new one out right away. Let's see if that one works.I'll revise the low rating once/if the replacement works.

Major kitchen upgrade for me! I’ve been searching for lighting options, so this popped up on my recommendations. For two years, I’ve lived in an apartment with a dark, windowless, inset kitchen. Game changer! Super easy to install, in 20 minutes I could see the light. Really love the neutral white. One set was perfect for my small kitchen, and even if I have to replace it every year it’s inexpensive.

Needed some more lighting in our kitchen and pleasantly surprised how this turned out, theres a lot of options with which color you’d like. Its a nice modern touch to anywhere really but it really is nice for kitchens! Was able to line our entire kitchen with it. Only thing is the adhesive needs a little help sticking after a while (i put double sided tape on some parts) but other than that it has given me no problems!

I love these lights! I got them for my daughter’s bedroom and they light it up perfectly. It comes with a great little remote and has lots of extra pieces just in case. The lights even have a remote on the light itself so you don’t need to hunt around for the remote to use the lights! Great product and will definitely buy more!!

I would not recommend this product. 1) the connections are very weak and you MUST use the little clips and hope for the best. The clips are hard to get on the connection, but the only way to keep the two connectors together. I spent a lot of time trying to figure that out. 2) The remote stopped working after 1 day. I tested the remote with the lights before putting the lights up. The dimmer part didn't work all that well, but I figured I'd just keep them at one setting. I wanted these for the TOP of my cabinets. After installing them, I set the dimmer to what I wanted, got down from the ladder and admired my handiwork. I turned the lights off with the remote, then turned them back on. The dimmer did not stay at the setting, so I had to leave it bright. When I went to turn them off, they did not turn off with the remote. I had to get my ladder, and climb back up, thinking maybe the remote wasn't reading the light part, so I moved the part up where you could see it, and it still didn't work. Back up the ladder, I aimed the remote directly at the light part and the lights did not come on. 3) I felt the plug, and it felt over-warm, which shouldn't happen on LED lights like this. I manually turned the lights off and will throw them in the garbage. I don't know if I got a bad set or if this is the way these are, but I have another brand of LED strip lights similar to these that work just fine. I would recommend another brand, but not these.

Half of these lights were glitchy and finally just stopped working altogether. I like the color of the lights and the other half that ARE working are still going strong. I had to order another set of these lights to replace the ones that stopped working, as it was too late for me to be able to return them.

Installation was a breeze. Best part it comes w/ a remote. Quality is good. Adds a touch of light under the cabinets in the kitchen. Looks really good when evening time comes when watching tv. A++ product
