Value and protection
These pants are very comfortable - you hardly know you’re wearing them! I came out of Hospital recently, and due to the type of I had, my waterworks were wonky. So I ordered these. They really are very good value for money, and more importantly are safeguarding me in case of ‘accidents’. They give you the confidence you need, day or night. I’d never had to use this type of thing before, but I’m very glad I got these! Recommended.

Discreet Incontinence Pants.
I thought I'd try these as I have a slight leak throughout the day and didn't want anything to obvious, they don't seem to show too much under trousers. There pretty comfortable and do there job, probably not suitable if your a big leaker, though they take a decent amount.I have been in a few situations where others have seen them, ie doctors and changing rooms and no one has seemed to notice, though a couple of older guys have asked about them and seemed impressed! The price is at the top end I feel though.

Discrete, snug and offers great protection.
Needed post-op protection but was very worried about obvious bulk making it obvious I was wearing a 'nappy'. These are, however, thin and well fitting while at the same time offering enough protection for you to not worry about even significant accidents - indeed even one of my surgeons mistook them for normal boxers!

Works really well and are relatively comfortable
Worked really well for incontinence after prostate surgery. Thankfully not needed now but were great when they were. They gave me confidence to go on long walks without leaking. No one knew I was wearing them.

Disappointed
Delivery was quick. Product was not as good as hoped for just the same to look at as cheaper pants but in blue. Absorbency is not as good as cheaper pants so therefore not value for money. Cannot comment on comfort as not for me Overall disappointed as it was a tena product
