I purchased surakta for pimples. And the best part was after trying a lot of other creams, medicine , therapy syrups.... this thing worked. After taking the desired dosage regularly, the results were evident after 3 weeks time and the pimples had reduced by more than expected. After a regular usage the pimples have totally vanished. I have bought 3 bottles of this syrup earlier from a nearby store and this is not the original baidhyanath the taste is different and very bad and the package was damaged the smell is different like it has gone bad but the expiry date is in 2026
