What's the consistency: thick like barbecue sauce or more watery like a marinade?

I use Minor's bourbon sauce, mostly for wild salmon filets. It's excellent and is a relatively thick sauce. I usually add a little bit more bourbon, which thins it out a bit, but I'm careful to not add too much. I'm into my second bottle, and I love it. Great for chicken too!

Once opened, sauce should be kept refrigerated.

It's tasty

This sauce is as good as the Chinese takeaway, maybe better. The spice about just right for most people's liking. If it needs to be spicier, add some red pepper. This is what I do. The only problem I have is the cost of the sauce. The price seems high. I have made General Tso sauce before, and this what I may do when I run out. Other than the price, I think it's good.

Not a traditional (American) Teriyaki

This is not expected, but not a bad product. Usually (in our experience, anyway!) Teriyaki sauce is very thin/watery. This product is definitely more of a thick sauce - almost like a glaze. The flavor is nice, but much sweeter than a traditional Teriyaki. Overall a nice product, just .... different than expected!

Thicker than most

I use this more as a sauce than a marinade, which is why I prefer this brand. This one is not as thick as BBQ or ketchup but it's thicker than water. I miss it with a couple other sauces to eat with wings.

Blah taste makes good dog food though

Size and price are great but the taste was so bad I threw in the trash after one use Waste of money. I was trying to make chicken teriyaki from the mall you know the place but it tasted like chalk but my dog liked it lol

Delicious teriyaki sauce

I like the thickness and the texture of this teriyaki sauce it was flavorful rich and went a long way in my ramen noodles it it made a wonderful sauce for my pork chops and for my chicken I haven't tried it on beef yet but I will try it on that next.
