Big improvement over earlier models
I have been using the GlocalMe G2 model for my travels for some years and was looking for an upgrade. The G2 model was good but it was a bit outdated and connection was sometime unstable. I chose this DuoTurbo model for more stable connection and more connected devices (10). I have used it for about a week now in US and Canada and everything meets my expectations. It has a sleek design and a very portable size for travel, the colored touch screen is clear and easy to operate but is a bit small. Set up was straight forward and connection is very stable. One full charge can last about 18 to 20 hrs.It is SIM-less and you need to purchase data package from GlocalMe or deposit money in your account for pay as you go charges. The packages are a bit expensive but discounts are provided frequently. It is quite flexible to fit people travelling to different countries. You can also insert a SIM card of your own.Apart from the expensive packages, everything is good for my need, an excellent upgrade.

Easy to Use Between Different Countries
I travel between Countries and wanted a Hot Spot to use. I went with the 4G instead of the 5G due to most of the places that I travel to don't support 5G, so just know it is for only 4G speeds.First the ease of setting this up with a local SIMs card could not be easier, I pop in a card and in a minute I'm up and online. I have used this in the US, UAE, UK, Angola, Turkey and Georgia without any issues. I have not had any issues connecting to VPN and getting email, YouTube, etc.I have used the Cloud base service only once in the USA, just because it was easier then finding a pre-loaded SIMs card like you find everywhere else I travel to.The Battery does last for most of the day with two or three devices connected to it, but you can charge it with a USB C with a power bank if needed.I could not be happier with this unit, just be sure to place it where you get the best single, just one bar is a difference in bandwidth.Hope this helps if your on the fence about buying it.

It works pretty good for the most part
I like that's it's easy to use, and you can see how much data you use. It works most of the time, sometimes it gets spotty, but it's good. Data can go fast so it can be a lil pricey. But overall I like it. Oh it didn't come with a charger but you can use your android phone charger.

Decent initial trial, and apparently works anywhere, but service is a scam
Although it seems to work reasonably well, and anywhere in the world; I found that there's nobody on the customer service number, and you can't buy service without giving them all of your information.I used cash on a clean prepaid card, and they wouldn't accept it. It's a data mining product. Very suspicious, and charges a lot for the data. Reports here say that it's annoying to set up with the optional sim card, and I don't know anything about that. I used the e-sim that's installed. The data included with purchase seemed to run out quickly, but had a decent connection in remote US. Overall, I don't trust anything about this product. Made in China, and works like a Chinese product. Functional, cheap hardware, but demanding of personal information.Use caution.Edit:I've activated it with a local SIM, and it's compatible with every cell company I've talked to about it. Most weren't sure, but found it acceptable. They may have blocked it since, which has happened with other devices I've tried. This specific device is only 4G, but worked well with it.

It’s good, but it could be a lot better/DON’T expect the advertised 150mbps downloads
Very interesting device, has been working 50/50 since activating the 8 free GB of data for the US. it's been using mostly the T-mobile network with a few exceptions when it used AT&T. (It does not work on Verizon) according to my inquiry to get a SIM card from them and add it to my phone plan. I've used it with my cell, my kids tables and my iPad connected to it and so far the results have been good (for what I need it), nothing extraordinary or so. Nowhere near the advertised download speeds of 150 mbps; not even close…I've average speeds of 35-40mbps Downloading with 1-3 devices connected at once and as low as 2-5mbps with 2 bars and 1 device connected at once, so NO! You CAN’T run 10 devices (efficiently) at once; You can probably connect 10 devices but you’ll be getting 3mbps or less per device. So far it’s been working fine but I live in the suburbs with a major city very close and almost no dead points of cell service by any carriers in my area so I have not yet been able to test it out in the country which is the main reason I bought it for when I go camping in the woods I can have access to live tv without using and killing my phone’s battery because is used as a hotspot. One of the major disappointments so far has been the battery life; it’s supposed to last 8-12 hours of operation with up to 10 devices connected but so far the battery has only lasted 4-5 hours with 2-3 devices at once.I will keep testing it for another week before the return window closes and will update Wether it’s worth keeping it since I cannot use it with Verizon cause they don’t support this device on their network and it’ll suck if I paid $170 for this thing and can’t rely on its connectivity to a good network.Last thing, I don’t like that it goes to sleep mode too fast and the touchscreen does not wake up the device you have to look for the power button and then slide your finger to open it again, that’s not that effective and very distracting when you have to do it every few seconds.
