I love this soap for detailing my personal vehicles. It doesn't do an amazing job of long term paint protection, but it does work for the short term and it does do a really good job of cleaning off a cars paint without doing anything unexpected.

My new regular car wash. Possibly the best smelling car wash I've ever used! It works great in foam sprayers, is easy on coatings, and doesn't leave a residue. Applying wax after washing with this makes things so much easier.

I don’t think I’ll ever find a 5 star car wash soap. This stuff smells better than any others that I’ve tried though. If you’re into that thing this is the first car wash soap id recommend. Very cool fragrance. It just leaves water spots, that’s my 4 star reasoning. I gotta go around with the drying towel which isn’t anything new, but it isn’t a spot free rinse. At the same time, the spot free rinse I give 4 stars because it leaves a little bit of a film on the windows, a chemical property of the “no spots” formula. I will continue to use this car wash soap over the no spot name brand because it foams up good, the ph balance is good for not stripping wax and maintainence car washes, it smells amazing, and the value for the money is right on par with other brands. Makes my car shiny like any other car wash soap, this one just smells really good. It’s a vs between the no spot and this but I will continue to go with this one because of the overall benefits comparatively.

I has seen this product advertised on TV, but I was hesitant to try this product since the company was called Chemical Guys. However, after reading the reviews and finding out that the product is eco-friendly, I decided to try it in my new foam gun that I decided to try as well. I am so glad that I took the leap of faith because the combination of the two products gave me as good a finish on both of our vehicles as any commercial car wash, I have used at a fraction of the cost. The foam went on great, did a fantastic job of removing dirt and road grim, drying was made easy by the fact the water either beaded up or ran off, and it took me less than half the time and effort to do both vehicles. I now look forward to doing this myself and more often than before.

This product is really just OK. I bought it because I read about the reviews and all. However, after using it, it really didn’t make me go WOW, what a difference. I was using Dawn detergent on my cars because of the gentle properties. I will now continue to use the Dawn because I get way more out of the 90 ounce container vs only 16 ounces out of this Chemical Guys product. And, my car looks just as good.
