I got this for my halloween costume and i love it. Its a little longer than i expected because i didn't check the length but its perfect for my look, great cost. I wish that the waist band was adjustable, but all of those things i didn't check. It is true to size, so the adjustability would just be a convenience if i want to use it in the future

The phot is of it well used and accidentally washed, plus my cats had at it. I wore it to several parties before and it was a very poofy underskirt. Made many outfits much better, highly recommend for price. Don’t wash with heat
