Well made drying rack, and sturdy. Does what it needs to do without being a poorly made plastic piece of junk. My only minor gripe is that to release the connectors, you need to separate them with a little bit of technique, otherwise you will use too much force and clip your hands a bit. Overall, much better and nicer than the cheap one I was using before. Well made for an appropriate price point.

Very sturdy, kind of tricky to assemble but stays together softwares. I’ve had this for about a year & it still looks like new. The locking ends are sticky when I do want to collapse. Easy to move around the room if needed & tucks away nicely when folded down.

Set up of this clothes drying rack was simple enough. No complaints with usage. When it came time to collapse the rack though, we ran into difficulties. The top of the rack, which you have to disengage to collapse, was rather difficult to get loose. When we finally got the top part of the rack disengaged, we started to fold down when one of the rod heads snapped off. Too late to return to Amazon, and the company's website warranty info basically states if you bought it somewhere else (like Amazon), it's not their problem. Now I have to hope some superglue will work to hold the rod in place. Pretty disappointed with the build quality if I am being honest.
