Absorbent and comfortable
So after my grandad recovered from prostate cancer he found he had less control over his bladder. He started using Tena pants. He had tried many other brands but never felt fully protected if an accident happened.Due to the cost of Tena pants it was costing my grandad a small fortune a month to keep stocked up. When I was searching on Amazon this one’s showed up and I was skeptical, but after reading the reviews and discussing it with my grandad he decided for the price they were worth a shot. They came well packaged the next day, and honestly my grandad prefers these over the tena pants. He said they are more comfortable, they perform the same when an accident does happen. They are more stretchy, making them easier to put on and a better fit.I have re-ordered these a few times now, they have always arrived the next day and thanks to these working the way they should my grandad pays out less a month on these items than when he was relying on Tena pants.

Try them - Surgical Post Op location
I had to have surgery in a low pelvic area in a private location. I was discharged from hospital with 7 plasters, 6 large adhesive sanitary pads and 2 pairs strange pants, with instructions to GP to arrange dressing change. Nothing fit and I was bleeding fairly heavily into PJ pants. GP not able to arrange changing, District Nurse could offer, perhaps, 2 fixed appointments per day so all was left to my wife.I tried to think sideways in addition to what was needed in addition to more pairs of PJ Shorts. Noticed these Men's pants - worth a try as pads not stopping.Ordered for next day delivery (along with post op plasters) and what an instant success. Simple to change, had an edge stop for blood and padded well.Being disposable and reasonably priced, the need to wash pants disappeared as did the leakage onto PJs. Saved time money and effort. Removal before shower or washing following WC functions, in order to change actual dressing, much simplified. My long suffering wife's burden was eased and I was booth comfortable and happy.Only a few days to go, but for anyone needing to change post-op dressings in such a location should consider trying such a solution. If I wished to split hairs, the material below the waist band is very fragile and the pants are of frilly appearance with frilly legs - but who is looking . Give them a try!

Good Amazon value - but which side is the front, and which the back?
They arent as good as those from Tena, but then they are a lot less expensive, and as they say "good enough". The large size shoulud really be called medium-large. But still fine for me. The one thing i struggle with is knowing which is the front, and which is the back? Though i can only see one person commenting on this. Anyway, all the other features get ticks - the absorbency, colour, feel, etc. So they are what I buy.

Comfortable & Cost Effective
These are the most comfortable and true to size, having tried other brands. They are also the best value for money.

Not bad, not great, just somewhere in the middle.
Let's start by addressing the fact these are from Amazon who are not a specialist medical products supplier; in that sense, these are fine. They aren't itchy to wear and they are - true to advert - discreet. You cannot tell they're being worn under clothing and they make very little noise. However, those plus points are undercut by two key features: the padding is thin and y-shaped which increases the risk of leakage, and they are far too tight for their size. I bought the medium size and I found them uncomfortable after an hour of wear. Compared to Tena/Abena/Boots, Amazon's offering is good enough for light spills but falls short of being a worthy replacement for those better established brands.

They work OK BUT I was astonished to receive them in their original packing that fully described the contents of the box. Discrete? !I don't expect to be embarrassed by a package purchased through Amazon.VERY disappointing
