Perfect for Lithium Iron Phophate batteries that require 3 to 5 amps charging current
I have another charger (NOCO) that works for a variety of automotive batteries including lithium batteries. The lithium iron phosphate battery that I bought is spec'd for 3.5 amp charging current. The other charger I had is current-limited to 2 amps, and it was just taking too long to charge the battery (BOTKU 30 amp-hr battery, also a great battery BTW). So, hoping to shorten the time need to charge the battery, I bought this UltraPower charger. It works exactly as expected, charging at the proper voltage, and even though it still took several hours to charge the battery, the time was reduced by roughly half compared to the other 2 amp charger. I didn't try to measure the charging current, which would have been interesting, but the battery never got warm in the least and I suspect that charging current was never above the spec'd 3.5 amp (spec'd for the battery). If it was ever greater than this, it is very unlikely to have done the battery any harm given that it never got the least bit warm and given that the battery voltage when I put it on the charger is just slightly below 12 V, 11.8 V to be precise. (Evidently, one of the main drawbacks of lithium iron phosphate is that they have to be charged slowly. Rapid charging that would cause the battery to get hot is not allowed.)Bottom line, if you are looking for a charger for this type of battery, and the spec'd charging current is in the range roughly 2 amp to 4 amp, my recommendation is that I have not found any reason to be hesitant to buy and use this charger. From my experience it is perfect for this class of battery so long as the spec'd charging current for the battery is in this range. (The charging current depends on the number of cells connected in parallel and is thus directly tied to the amp-hr rating of the battery.)

works just fine for me, quick and easy!
works great for my 12 volt lfp batteries. yes things get a little bit warm that's normal. and for those griping that the left set of LEDs don't like that's because they're NOT LEDs. it's just a label that shows the charging states of the real LEDs to the right! 🧐. there's even a card that ships with it now that explains that.

Worth the buy
So far charged my LiFePO 12.8v 100ah battery twice with no real issue. I have notice it is slightly picky how its connected. I had open the clips and screwed them down with the battery bolts but it never charged. Swapped to just clipping them to the post (looks like it wouldn't give a good charge) and it works great. Not the fastest charger but is the cheapest thats worth the money.

It works
I have a bike in a storage unit where there is no access to an AC outlet. I depleted the battery to 50% while fiddling with accessories. I recharged to 100% using this device plugged into a portable power bank with 42000 mAh capacity. It took about an hour, and the power bank had 15% left. The unit did get hot to the touch, but the temperature was steady, and the output was at 13.8V.It serves a purpose for my needs if the bike is not ridden for a while, with portability being the high point. As noted in other reviews, heat is not managed properly by design, and I don't expect this to get heavy use, but it worked fine for my needs, which hopefully will work again if needed.

Best charger for your money!
***I've only had it for today. If the unit lasts, it is worth every bit of 5 stars and above!***This is by far the best lithium charger I've ever purchased for the money. In less than 4 hours, it has brought back to life both a Shorai & NOCO battery that the OEM chargers were incapable of doing. Granted the package is very compact, but my only suggestion for improvement would be that this "kit" provide true battery/jumper clamps instead of 1 of the 3 other options it comes with.Seriously contemplating purchasing a 2nd unit to be the default chargers for all my LiFePO4 batteries in our household.

Works well with the Ghost system
This was a part of an order for a Ghost control automatic gate that I ordered for a client. I did have everything installed by an electrician and everything is working well so far. Hopefully that continues to be the case. I cannot give any technical information, but for what I am seeing, this whole system seems to work well.

Very good LiFePO4-only battery charger
Very good LiFePO4-only battery chargerThis LiFePO4-only battery charger is perfect for my needs. I discharged a LiFePO4 battery down to 10 volts and hooked up this charger. I occasionally checked the voltage changes and went to bed so I missed a lot of timed voltage checks. When I woke up the 12 AH battery was fully charged and the LiFePO4 charger showed a full charge according to the green LED indicator display lights. The charger was room temperature. Some other reviewers mentioned that the charger gets hot during charging. That is probably when charging larger AH batteries. Those reviewers suggested gluing on aluminum heats sinks to successfully solve the heating problem. Some other reviewers complained that the “left side” LED lights never turned on at all. Hmmm, well, those “lights” are just a picture of lights on a label explaining what the actual right side LED display lights indicate about the level of the battery charge and the charging progress and as a warning if you reverse polarity. I really like the inclusion of three inline adapters. Of course, the clip leads are universal and I was really happy that the smaller adapter plug fit my charging socket on the project I built to scare away the deer that eat my wife’s garden plants.I learned electronics in the 1960s using vacuum tubes. I am flabbergasted at the sophistication of today’s super intelligent integrated circuits. This charger has a brain that has been taught to measure the voltage of the battery and apply a complicated constant voltage and or constant current charging scheme and then automatically completely shut off to match the strict critical charging needs of a LiFePO4 battery. I sometimes think that space aliens are selling us humans such technology.

Perfect extra battery for backing up your small devices
This was fantastic, very handy and sufficient for recharging my phone several times on one charge and for recharging my bike light when it is low. i said was because I lost the darned thing. and now I will buy it again.
