Works great as an EQ but the feedback eliminator could use improvement.
I bought this to help tame some feedback my bands occasionally get in certain venues we play. The bands are cover bands and we run our own sound from the stage so it can be a bit of a challenge. The EQ portion works very well but I'm finding that the feedback eliminator is not that easy to use.In theory it is very simple, push the system into feedback then see which LED lights up, then lower that slider a few db until it no longer feeds back.Simple enough, right? Unfortunately when ringing out the room in this manner, the feedback needs to be incredibly loud before the LED lights up. This is a big problem if there are already people in the venue. No staff or patrons want to hear 5 minutes of loud squealing.I've tried pointing the speakers right at the mics to force feedback at lower volumes, I've tried raising the input level to max, but no matter what the feedback needs to be incredibly loud before the LEDs light up showing the frequency that's feeding back.I also have a dbx AFS2 feedback eliminator that works better for feedback.Like I said earlier, the EQ section of the Behringer is excellent so I will keep it in my rack and use it to adjust our overall EQ based on the room but for feedback control I'd recommend something else like the dbx AFS2.

Was hoping for zero added 'static/noise'
This is the only EQ i've ever tried, so maybe it's very normal for all EQs to add some slight static (kinda white noise) over the top. If that's the case, then disregard. But note that even at flatline, with no signal boosting the white noise was there.I bought the EQ for my drums (kick and snare) to cut out rumble frequencies, and it did a good job at that, I just can't deal with the extra noise, no matter how slight.

Behringer Abandonment?
Apparently this device can't be used as a direct line into a mixing board with a microphone. I use some effect processors and I've tried putting the FBQ3102HD behind and in front before going into the board and the FBQ spectrum analyzer doesn't work either way. The only way this device seems to work is to put it in between the board or power amp outputs and the speakers themselves - which is an awful idea since there may be non-vocal instruments also on the board. If that's the case, it's a rather stupid design - HENCE MY SUPPORT QUESTIONS.Those questions haven't even received the decency of falling on deaf ears as Amazon punts to Behringer for product support - which ironically is nothing more than a feedback loop of you logging into their positively goofy "Musictribe" conglomerate site for a veritable zoo of sister brands. There's no way to get in touch with anyone other than joining the "tribe" and posting on some thread in hopes that a non-employee gets back to you before your Amazon return expires. Oh, and the phone number they provide is not in service. Always a sign of a classy organization. My last-ditch effort is to post here in hopes that someone has some insight at all before I throw in the towel and just return this mysterious device.

easy to set up
Seems to work fine. Easy to set up and adjust.

the separation for sound should be more distinctive.
What i'm saying is, from high tenner to mid range to baritone to bass. The subwoofer output is excellent..
