You will get lost if yoU are a beginner, and i noticed they use raw eggs and that dangerous, look up in google how to cook the egg with custards without making it scramble egg and it will if you cook in very high heat so you need to have thermometer to watch the heat while cooking to not go over the recommended heat for cooking the egg in the best temperature to kill the bacteria and eat it safely.
