Reviewing a cable is one of the strangest things that I've been asked by Amazon. Firstly, the 3m length is perfect although I measured for my requirement so I should get 5 stars for my work with a tape measure. What is easy to assess is that the cable works between my laptop and TV. It's a clear signal and it works well projecting the laptop display. It can handle gaming easily and playback of DVD and Blueray is great. The weird bit is when you watch something that has a low quality picture, you get the blemishes and fuzziness which proves the quality of the transmission. My advice is to avoid home made porn, especially if it was shot using a mobile phone. I'm happy with my HDMI cable and recommended it.

Unfortunately, the hdmi cable I received does not have gold connectors. The description and title stated that it would have. Looking at other reviews of this product, it seems I'm not the only one to unfortunately receive this.However, the cable works fairly well and is of good value. I will put up with it for now. Although it is dissapointing to be mislead in this way.

This cable is not HDCP compliant that mean you may not able use it with gaming consoles (which I could not use).If you use with computers (I got macbook) you can not watch movies. movies literally will be shown as black screen and rest of the screen will be fine. waste of money. now I need to buy HDMI splitter ( to bypass HDCP)this is because HDCP founder INTEL and our uninformed or just ignoring HDMI manufacturers like this.

Seemed to work when I first plugged it in but then didn't use it for a while.Linking my PC to my Samsung TV is hugely intermittent.The picture is corrupted with green lines through it. Changing modes (resolution or refresh rate) doesn't help and it depends upon what's being played.I tried a different older and cheaper cable and that works 100%.I wish I could get a refund on this but it's been too long now since purchase.

The item was as described and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately it wouldn't work to connect my new Sony DVD player DVP-SR760H to my 8 year old Toshiba TV 40BV701B. The connections were fine but there was no picture at all, just a blank screen. Friends suggest its the HDMI cable version, this is a 1.4 and I probably needed a version 2. A friend gave me one of their HDMI cables and it worked immediately. Next time I will check more thoroughly before buying.
