Does exactly what is required. Split 2 inputs into one hdmi. Doesn’t automatically detect inputs but the manual switch is easy enough. Worked out of the box with no apparent degradation of the output.

This is a good product: nice and compact and well-made.However, as others have mentioned, no HDMI cable is included. If your situation is that you have two devices you'd like to connect to your television (say) but you do not have enough HDMI ports on your television to do this, then in addition to this switch which your two devices will plug into you will also need a further double-headed (male-male) HDMI cable to plug the switch into your television.It would have been nice to have a short double-headed HDMI cable provided with the switch or--even better--for the output end of the switch to take the form of an HDMI connector rather than an HDMI port.

Does exactly what it says. Easy to switch between my PS5 and Xbox with one button, and the 4K@60Hz output looks great. Feels well-built with its aluminium casing and works reliably in both directions.Only downside: no HDMI cable included – but that’s clearly stated, so no complaints.Great value for the price. Would happily buy again.

Customers should research these products to assimilate their compatibility with whatever their system consists of. After talking with Microsoft Co-Pilot I accumulated enough information to resolve my particular set-up since this unit did not have the necessary capability to accommodate either my Set Top Box or my DVD player/recorder at the same time. The cause was HDCP protection. The popular unit obviously works, hence the reason I bought it, but I have paid the price of my lack of due diligence to research it properly. Will keep and not return since cost is minor.

I needed to connect two blu-ray players of different region codes to one screen,Upon opening the package I was pleasantly surprised at the products box, very compact and efficient, opening the box I found the device the Fokky Bi-directional Switch Model:HS305-BK to be very sturdy and quiet nice to hold with it's all metal construction build quality , I wasn't expecting that, so it really looks and feels very professional in it's design, easy to set up via the instructions included, it does exactly what it's supposed to do with no glitches, picture quality is the same as I've had previously so there's no drop in resolution.In all I'm very happy with this product and this Fokky Bi-directional Switch is an amazing bit of kit.Delivery by Amazon was very efficient and reliable.

I have this because my monitor only had one hdmi port so got it for my ps5 and my xbox. Read how to sort the snowflake issue for ps5 works but cant change anything for xbox s go into the settings and cant find anything that will stop it other than just leaving as is it starts to go green specky fast and with red dots then the monitor will turn off and fix its self which is good but when ur trying to watch videos and play games its not so good.😅 Not really sure what to do other than ask for a replacement mahbe its faulty all hdmis and monitor and consoles are new just the splitter is casing issues unless theres a setting i need to find to fix.I would get a picture but it turns off as soon as it gets the pixels. If anyone has a suggestion on how to fix would be really helpful.😸
