Loving my product.Only wish I had known about it sooner.I have psoriasis/eczema. Noticed I was having issues constipated,bloated often.Nothing seemed to keep me normal.Even stool softeners didnt work .This does.only I suggest take it at noon.or before 7pm.I noticed It makes me nauseous. If I take it before bed.Dont do it.I only use half of the scoop.Not entire amount.It works really well keeps me normal.

Wanted capsule. Received tablet in bottle, though directions stated capsule. Tablet is large, and difficult to swallow

I have been trying to lose weight for some time but always have struggled with my sugar cravings. I am a complete carboholic. Like I cannot say no to those bad carbs.... cookies, cakes, pastries, bread...you get the idea. It was suggested that I try supplementing with L-glutamine and it has worked wonders. I take one between breakfast and lunch and a second between lunch and dinner and have gotten to the point that I don't even think about those treats anymore. My sugars have been stable (pre-diabetic) and I feel really good. I can walk into a Maverick without having to purchase a cookie or muffin and that for me is almost impossible! 😂 I have lost 5.8 lbs in the past two weeks and am really happy I gave this product a try.

I purchased this once as a capsule and wanted to order again as capsule.Though this product is advertised as capsules, it's not. It is a bottle of tablets, and a tablet is a TERRIBLE form for this product. A powdery mess exploded when I opened the bottle, and every single tablet was either chipped or completely broken. There's no way to get an accurate dose. I emailed the company and never heard back. Amazon does not allow returns, even though a completely different and damaged product was sent.I do recommend it as a capsule but would warn against buying it through this manufacturer.
