Good Product

Just put 7-8 pieces of the gond in water overnight and next day onwards start adding a spoonful to any item like dal, tea, dahi etc. Don't cook it. It leads to complete evacuation of stomach. Please note that it's not like churans or other digestives which digest the food and cause rumbling/gud gud sound in stomach. This only cleans the stomach without any gud gud. Highly recommended especially for people with fiber shortage or dont have access to fresh fruits.

After buying the product, I forgot why I bought it :') But I used it in drinks to lower my body heat and I think it worked, can't say properly.
