No Fishy Flavor or Burps!
This is a great supplement if you are looking for a Prenatal Omega-3 that doesn't give you any fishy burps after taking it! I'm really not a fan of fish in general, so I'm sensitive to those smells/tastes, but these don't bother me one bit. It also has a higher dose of DHA and EPA than the Oceans Mom Prenatal DHA which I was using before this. This hasn't upset my stomach at all and I feel like my baby is getting some extra nutrients! I will definitely be purchasing these again, I love all the supplements I've taken from Garden of Life, they have a great Organic Prenatal Multi-Vitamin as well that I take daily along with these Omega-3's.

Great
These are so much better tasting than normal DHA/omega pills. I’m pregnant so any little weird smell or taste makes me gag and I love that these didn’t have a strong odor.

I recommend these to anyone. I can tell the difference they make. Not issues tolerating them. No side effects that I can tell.

Nice once a day
It's nice to find a once-a-day supplement. I use it as part of my autoimmune protocol, and I switched to it because taking another supplement required 2 pills daily.

Still fish burps
Taking these alongside a prenatal while still breastfeeding. I chose these because the ingredients and price were right for me. I'd love to buy the top dollar ones, but I feel like these do their job. I normally prefer a plant based supplement, but they've jacked up the prices on those! I also suffer from tennis elbow (picking up a toddler constantly) and this has seemed to help ease the joint pain. I *do* still get fish burps, but only for about an hour and they aren't that bad, hence the 4 stars.

These are great! Much better than taking 4 a day (the last brand I used). Will keep taking these throughout my pregnancy! No bad tatse, easy to swallow & affordable! I'm obsessed with all things Garden of Life.
