Super filters for a quite nice filter system
We had this filter system in our old home (hard well water) and installed a new one in the new home we recently moved into. It is just on the refrigerator drinking water & icemaker. But it makes a huge difference in the taste and quality of the water we drink.

Great Customer Service
I bought these filters in March and installed in late April this year. This is my third purchase within two years. I was very satisfied for the previous two purchases, however, this time, the filtered water seems created calcium deposits easily after I boiled them. Since it has only been two months after the use, I decided to contact iSpring support team for help. The support personnel Francis immediately reached out to me and proposed to send me a replacement if I can provide a proof of purchase. I did and a replacement delivered to my house within a week.Although I was disappointed with the initial filters, I am very pleased with the outcome, especially with the customer service iSpring has provided. I have a peace in mind with my future purchase from this company.
