Got these for Christmas way back, ruined them in the washer lol. So I bought another pair and fell in love again these are remarkable earbuds. The app has an EQ so you can adjust for all types of music and these things totally eat anything you give them, great bass treble etc. could not recommend more!!!!

Great product and great value. Well worth the price.

Sound is good for the price. Very convenient to use. However the right ear will often not charge when in the case. I have to get alcohol and a pencil eraser to clean the contacts to get it to charge when it does that. Although I use these for when I go jogging or when I am doing yard work so they get sweaty. I have had the charging issue 3 times in the 3 or 4 months since I got them. It’s annoying because the charge indicator will say they are fully charged and I go for a jog or start working in the yard and one of them will say very low charge please charge and then die so then I have only one working ear bud for the remainder of the time. Otherwise they are great. If you don’t get them sweaty they probably would be fine.

I have had these for a couple weeks now and have been very pleased. I often work in noisy spaces so the noise reduction was important for me to concentrate and they have a great balance of letting people in when I'm not using them but also drowning out noise around me when I'm on the phone. I have been pleasantly surprised by the sound quality for the price point. I would buy the again.

Best deal in town. I have only one issue with these earbuds. One of them stopped working after about 8 months but for the price, I am not complaining. They were used daily and I hate to say, somewhat abused at times. I was so impressed I purchased 5 more just incase.

Dissappointing sound.I have had other LG products over the years and all have lasted well and I still use to this day so i decided to gove these earbuds a shot after reading the reviews.I love the extra features these buds have like the ambient noise sensors, dual microphones, water resistance and quick charge but it all falls apart when I actually use these to listen to content.For me, there was always distortion on audio, especially in music with a lot of mid range notes and high hats.I tried playing around with the EQ in the app on my phone, trying different volume levels, but nothing fixed it.I also tried different sources, mp3, youtube videos, etc. and the result was always the same.I plugged in my old pair of $20.00 wired Sony earbuds and the audio was clear.Maybe it was just bad luck and my pair were faulty out of the box but I already started the return process.I'll be trying a different brand soon.

Just what I needed. I am hearing impaired so it is hard to find something I can use. I did have AirPods but the ear piece kept breaking.. and I couldn’t change them.But with these they work just the SAME but I can change the plastic piece that goes in my ear..

The earbuds lasted less than a year and literally fell apart I purchased them in June of 2021 and in January 2022 the first one fell apart and in March 2021 the second one fell apart.. I only used them at work at my desk and they came apart and when I called to get the warranty to cover them they said sorry they do not cover them falling apart. One just came apart and a couple months later the second one came apart. The fact that they are used for 6 to 8 hours a day Monday thru Friday while i sit at a desk and do paperwork shows they are garbage. and the customer service line and warranty company just don't care the earbuds are worthless and for the price a rip off. I have cheap 30 dollar ones i have had for 2 years that are still working. And up untill this i was a big fan of LG products. I will not buy a LG product again.
