Wow!! Amazingly beautiful! It is a major focal point of our room. Packaging was amazing! No missing or broken parts. However, there were no instructions included and we learned that we need to push the power button TWICE to turn on and off. We thought it was broken when it would not turn on, but we figured it out. Haven’t really tried the heat output because it was installed during summer.I recommend this fireplace insert!

Amazing fire place!! Love it on our space

We put this in our family room, which is close to 360 sq ft. The only place I can feel the heat is if we stand right in front of it even at 99 deg.It looks great and that's about it - an expensive unit with no functionality.Hopefully there are better ones

The media could not be loaded. Review UpdateI had two problems when I first received my fireplace. The first was the flicker did not work and the other was the orange lights did not work in one section. I reached out to customer service via email and through Amazon messaging and had better luck with communicating directly through Amazon.Customer service was able to help me with both issues, which is why I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4. My advice to anyone who purchases this fireplace (and I know this sounds obvious but you never know) is to plug it in before installation. Make sure the flicker works, make sure all of the lights work while cycling through the lighting options, etc.I also can't speak to the heater performance since I have not used that feature and do not plan to as I live in south Florida and it's already hot as can be.With that being said, I would recommend this fireplace since customer service was helpful with resolving my issues. The one year warranty also gave me some reassurance while getting everything sorted out.

Wish I could give this zero stars. The metal bracket was bent and glass did not sit flush with unit. Additionally the flames only work on half of the fireplace. Their customer service is phenomenal!Second unit was delivered and had the same damage to metal brackets. Contacted Valuxhome customer service and they promptly sent a brand new piece of glass.

A great addition to our living room. looks great, puts off a little heat- to take off the chill. Easy to install.

I purchased the first unit and there were a defect with the way the front glass attached with a glued hook to the frame, bent frame, and broken controls. It was very difficult to remove the glass from the mounting frame. I returned the unit, delayed my installation by two weeks until the replacement unit arrrived. When the 2nd unit arrived, it had the same defect with the glass mounting hook, but on the left side. This also was very difficult to remove and cannot be fixed because it is very hard to bend and you might broke the glass. Beautiful unit, but manufacturing defects shows that the QA/QC program is questionable. High cost, low workmanship quality. I want a return of my money!
