I am truly an advocate for holistic opportunities. This supplement did not count react with the other supplements I am taking. Feel it has benefited me internally. However, there is no external evidence. I have had bad experiences with ashwaghanda in the past. However this has not caused the same reactions. Good price and value for the money and easy to digest

These actually work pretty well. I love taking vitamins and these are a staple vitamin for me. If I take them on an empty stomach, I do get nauseous sometimes, so just be weary of that!
