Ordered with ease and arrived quickly. Quality appears good and are reasonable to swallow, quite a large tablet, there’s no odour and they taste fine. My doctor recommended that I get myself some multivitamin tablet after my VitD levels were low and I had been given a course of high dose. I think these will do the job and hopefully help with energy levels, health and general wellbeing.

Great size and taste - don’t smell off and easy to use to swallow- seems good quality and has all the ingredients needed. And it’s one a day! So great for those packed pill containers

Easy to swallow with a little water. Vitamins are essential as you get older as poor appetite could mean lack of vitamins. Try it. They don't cost much but do a lot of good.

My B12 was low so I got these to help.

I bought these because of their small size, however they’re ridiculously chalky - you tip one out onto your hand and your hand is covered in the residue, which isn’t ideal when you can’t take tablets. If they could put a smooth coating on then they’d be great as they’re only small so then anyone could swallow them. (The taste is also quite horrid)I can’t comment on their effectiveness as I’ve only been taking them for a few days.
