Very Pleasantly Surprised
As stated, I'm very surprised on this. Especially after reading some supposed nightmare stories some have had, which I luckily never had to deal with. Keep in mind these are my personal experiences. I want to note I bought this while in between doctors due to not wanting to use all my Albuterol.Pros:- It works, nearly instantly while gradually improving as it "sits" in you. You can definitely tell the difference afterwards, with gradually less light lungs and coughing up bad gunk.- Best use situation, is when you feel an asthma attack coming on and want to PREVENT it from happening. Of course yes you can use it during one, however it will definitely be less effective especially since your lung capacity isn't as good at that moment.- Doesn't cause stomach acid fluctuations like Albuterol does. Of course that's a very niche worry, however its still note worthy. Personally, as good as Albuterol is, it occasionally causes stomach acid increases which of course is unpleasant. But this isn't as "harsh" stomach wise.Cons:- This honestly doesn't bother me at all, in fact its a weird indicator that its working, but there is a taste. Specifically when you exhale after breathing it in, along with it lingering in any coughed up stuff. Again, not a bad one honestly (nor good), but it can bother some.- If compared to Albuterol, this would be like 1/3rd of the strength of it. I understand why, since it's similar to how an EpiPen works and you don't want a huge dose inside your body at once. However, this is also a reason why I noted to use it before an attack happens, it is generally weaker.- Not as long lasting as Albuterol either. At the very least when you're around allergens for yourself (Of course always try to move away from the allergens afterwards). Of course Albuterol itself isn't "long lasting", however compared to the 10 minutes of general relief it has, this is more like 3. Of course if you're taking it easy afterwards, you shouldn't have a fair up again- The price, especially given the sprays. I understand its a name brand, so it can't be cheap. But it adds up especially for people without insurance. While yes it could be worse, like 70 dollars, but it could be much better. Breathing problems shouldn't be something anyone has to deal with.Neutral:- For as long of a cartridge it is, it does have generally less of dosages as desired. 160 or so if I remember. However, that brings me to...- The "activation" of it. While I understand its to ensure it releases medicine at first, however that 160 then becomes 156. BUT THEN...- You apparently needing to spray it in the air before each puff. Which, honestly I dont even do. As long as I keep it clean, and wash the sprayer every now and again, I definitely don't feel like shooting half the whole canister into the air.For people with asthma, or with general allergies that bother your breathing, I definitely recommend this.Be warry however, that it is a type of adrenaline shot into your lungs. Some people react differently, and NEVER go above the stated dose. Read instructions. But, with that said, I do very much recommend if you're also in between doctors waiting for a prescription inhaler.

So happy an over the counter is available
Had no idea this was back on the market. My Dr refused to refill prescription because I had not seen him in 2 years which is fair. So I asked pharmacist for an alternative while I wait for dr appt. She told me this was back on the market and the new one is not harsh in taste or sting to throat as the old one but works perfectly for my needs. My asthma may be different than your so just saying, this makes me feel less afraid if I can’t renew my ventolin on time.

Great with stipulations
Good but you have to waste one dose in order to use it every time. And price is too high. But…. When you have shortness of breath does price matter?

Good backup
If you use stuff like albuterol etc.. then use this only as a backup if you run out. But it works. and it does clear you up.

Burning and irritation
I encountered a significant burning sensation in the roof of my mouth and on my tongue. This discomfort also led to feelings of dizziness and the shakes. It would be helpful to explore potential causes and remedies for these symptoms to prevent them in the future.
