EP7 Sonic Defenders Ultra Earplugs, Foam Tipped, Black Medium, 1 Pair

Took them out to the range. Ran them with 12 gauge, .40, 9mm, .22, .308 & 5.56. They were comfortable and worked great.

Title says it all. It’s a great product with a wide range of uses but the price is getting pretty outrageous..

I have tried decibullz (custom ear plugs) and cheaper foam ear plugs but the EP7 are the most effective. They are super comfortable (decibullz are too hard) and simpler foam ear plugs eventually press against the ear and start to hurt. They are also the most noise isolating ones out of the above. Easy to insert and stays on without a problem. They fit nicely under a helmet and don't fall off like the decibullz or cause any discomfort like the foam ones.

They work great. Foam tips expand to fill the ear, and removable second plugs in little ports let you choose between full protection and partial protection.You can hear people talk and also not destroy your ears because someone in the shop is hammering the snot out of a broken wheel with the ports open. Although, it’s not as if they allow crystal clear audio of conversations (you do have to speak up if you want to be heard). With the ports filled in, it becomes very difficult to hear much of anything, so it’s nice that it’s easy to pull the ports out quickly without removing the ear plugs.
