Yes it is the exact same as just mountain valley spring water. They are the same thing just that they added "the" on the logo because primo water bought them a couple years ago and put that on there. Nothing has changed otherwise, the water and bottles are the same just a slightly changed logo. I work there and that was all part of the new mother company.
