Perfect
Excellent and reliable this thermometer has drastically improved my baking. I had no idea how awful my oven was until I got this but at least now I know how to fix the problems.

Works fine. Temp matched my oven at different oven settings. For some recipes exact temp is a must. This can give you confidence in your oven settings.

Great, but….
This is a great oven thermometer but my Wolf oven racks aren’t wide enough to hang it in theoven.

Great product. Thanks.
Substantive thermometer. And fits on the rack and stays in place. Much better than any that I have had before.

Trash. Do not buy! Do not buy Lifetime Brand items
The face of the thermometer, which was white and easy to read, became dark grey and difficult, if not impossible, to read after having it in a 500-degree oven only a few times. It is supposed to be used in ovens up to 600 degrees! It is sold for $ 14.99 under the name of Kitchen Aid. When you call for a replacement, Kitchen Aid gives you a number to call. This number is for the Lifetime Brands Warranty Department. Lifetime Brands says you must send it to them. They give you an address. The Post office charges more than $5 to ship it from my Zip Code. Really? To get a replacement I have to spend $5 (that is 1/3 of the price of a new one), because the display on the thermometer is not white and clear anymore, and difficult, if not impossible, to read? Kitchen Aid licenses Lifetime Brands to sell this Thermometer. I had the same issue with kitchen mixing bowls: Lifetime Brand! We used the bowls to hand mix things only. They were a gift in a set of 3. The one we used most often got cracks on the bottom. The bowl was leaking. I spent more than $10 to ship it to Lifetime Brands Warranty Department. They did replace it. I looked up the price of those bowls a while back. They were a round $20 on Amazon. Really? I had to pay $10 to get one bowl of a set of 3 replaced! Amazon did take that set of bowls off the website. Perhaps there were to many complaints. My take on those experiences: I will stay away from Kitchen Aid, or Lifetime Brand items!

Useful in counter top ovens
I use this in a Ninja counter top oven that lacks its own thermometer. I attach it to one of the racks inside the oven and it does the job.

Slow Thermometer
This might be the slowest thermometer I’ve ever used. This doesn’t report the current temperature so much as a running average of the temperature for the past ten minutes. So for long term monitoring of the oven temperature it’s great, but it’s terrible for figuring out if the oven has completed preheating and hit the correct setpoint. On the upside it’s decent looking and easy to read.
