Smaller and duller than what I bought at asian store
These seem fine for making smooth anko paste. I noticed when measuring them out they are smaller size and duller (less shiny surface of the bean) than the adzuki beans I bought at a local asian store. Taste fine though!

Great product, will buy again
The beans are fresh, and very clean, it almost does not require to pre-wash them before cooking. I used Instant Pot to cook the beans for Red Bean Paste filling for Chinese/Japanese pastries. It is so easy. Cook 1.5 cup beans/1 cup of sugar/5 cup of water for 40 minutes with instant pot vent closed. Then cook 25 minutes again with the vent open to cook down the extra liquid. It is done. Bean paste is delicious.

The beans are very good shape.
I tried to make to Azuki which are very good beans shape, and smooth. The taste are great, and I like it because it is not damaged beans. Thank you Amazon that I got first time Brazilian beans are quite great.
