Stop the leak
Tried replacing just the o ring, didn't work. Replaced the whole fitting, it stopped leaking. This works!

Does Not fit 2000 Silverado 2WD 4L60E
See photo. This does Not fit a 2000 Silverado 2WD vin-T 4L60E transmission. Not correct thread for transmission line mounting to case. Might fit somewhere else on vehicle, but surely will not thread into transmission case. The Dorman part number in photo will fit. I installed the Dorman and they do not leak.
