A top quality storage cabinet!
Pros:1. This was well packed with plenty of styrofoam and protective plastic. So the parts were received undamaged.2. The parts seem like they will go together to make a sturdy, attractive storage cabinet3. Each type of part is clearly numbered with a part number that corresponds with the instructions for assembly, so anyone who can follow directions should be able to assemble this.However,cons:1. Don't believe anyone who says that this can be assembled in a short period of time. There are so many parts (5 pages of them in the illistrated parts list), that it takes at least an hour just to locate, count, and check off all the parts. Each of the doors is in two parts. Each of the side panels is in two parts. And the back is 5, count 'em 4 panels!Just counting the screws alone, there are:86 of the #41 screws8 of the #52 screws12 of the #42 screws1 #53 screw18 #54 screws16 #17 screws16 #16 screws2 #55 screws, plus wall anchors, and2 #61 screwsSo the person who answered a question about assembly, saying they put the second one together in 30 minutes was simply... I won't say it. But you know what I'm thinking.2. At the end of my hour spent in parts inventory, I thought that the #53 screw was missing. That is used to secure the locking rod. I thought the keys to the cabinet were also missing. I rechecked the box and all packages. Definitely no keys or #53 screw. (see update)3. The box was very big and heavy. This cabinet will be for basement use, and we are aged and use a stair climber to go to the basement. So we had two options for getting it down to the basement. Either use a luggage strap to secure it upright on the seat of our chair climber and lower it remotely, or unpack it, assemble parts of it upstairs, and lower it in assembled pieces for the final assembly on the basement floor. We don't have much floor space down there for assembly, so are opting for the latter.Update: We finally found the mssing keys taped to the door handle recess. I had expected them to be with the other small parts. But I have also read that these cabinets come with a variety of keys, not just one key for all. So that clued me to finally check to see if it was taped to the door with its matching lock. And there it was!We also finally found not one, but two of the #53 screws. When the instructions say to first do an inventory of parts, they don't tell you that far along in the assembly instructions you will find out that the #53 screw is already screwed into the locking rod assembly and you need to temporarily unscrew it in order to fasten the second rod to it. They also don't tell you that a spare #53 screw has been enclosed in the magnet package, marked only #23 for the magnet part. So I was really surprised to finally see this tiny screw clinging to the magnet.Once I had found these parts, assembly was time consuming, but straightforward. The instructions, were good once we had located the keys and #53 screw. I am a 74 yo female with lung and heart problems, so I spaced the assembly out over three days. Hubby was able to hold corners together, and support doors while I fastened them. A second pair of hands is helpful. I unboxed and assembled the door panels and side panels upstairs, and then took parts to the basement for final assembly. That worked better than trying to manoever that huge heavy box down our basement stairs. After all is said and done I am extremely pleased with the design of this cabinet and the way in which it went together to make a high quality, sturdy storage unit. I have recommended my son get one for his garage. He's an engineer, specializing in design of sheet metal enclsures. I know he'd like this.

Easy to assemble, good quality, deep shelves hold a lot, very robust casters
Seville Classics UltraHD Solid Steel Rolling Lockable Metal Storage Cabinet Locker Organizer w/Adjustable Shelves for Garage, Warehouse, Office, Classroom, 36" W x 18" D x 72" H.Item number: UHD16236BASIN: B00WNNYSJGPurchased from JJY STORAGE & ORG for $299.99Pro's.. ..- Instructions were pretty good though the print was quite small and you really had to study the pictures carefully to know the orientation of certain panels and how they fit together. There was plenty of room on the pages to have made the print much larger and that would have really helped.- Each piece had a sticker indicating how to orient the pieces before screwing them together - well thought out- High quality paint that is pretty robust, should hold up well to sliding things in and out of the cabinet shelves over the years- They supply a few extra screws of each type which came in handy as we ruined the threads on one of the black fine threaded machine screws- Very heavy duty casters of which two of them were of the locking type- The welds, while not the best quality, were ground smooth and each welded or pressed nut was in the exact location it needed to be in order to match the holes in the adjoining piece so there was no struggling or force needed to assemble this cabinet- The overall packaging was quite good and totally protected the cabinet pieces, there was no damage upon delivery. The box weighs 114lbsCon's .. ..- The back of the cabinet is made up of four separate panels that each need screwed into place. I don't believe this is as good as one or even two panel pieces because it does allow for a little torsion movement once the cabinet is fully assembled and you start putting weight on the shelves thereby causing the doors to scrape against the frame and not close. I had to loosen the front doors and realign them even though without any weight on the shelves the doors closed properly. Hopefully if I move this cabinet to a different location I won’t have to realign the doors again - time will tell.- There is no way to keep the doors closed without using the key lock meaning the keys must always be used just to keep the doors closed. I would have much preferred not needing the keys since I never need to actually lock this cabinet. Ok, there is a magnet at the very top and bottom of the left door that helps keep it closed - provided there is nothing on the shelves that is hitting the door when you close it.- The dimensions shown on Amazon and the Seville Classics site show the cabinet as 18" deep. However, nowhere on either site does it state the depth of the shelves or the depth of the front and back so you could calculate the shelf depth and I needed deep shelves so I took a chance. The shelves are 16" deep, the back of the cabinet frame is 1" thick and the doors are 1" thick thereby creating the 18" outside depth. This worked for what I wanted to put in it but it would have been good for them to say how deep the internal space was. There are a ton of these kind of cabinets to choose from, I chose this one due to its size, the wheels and reading peoples reviews. I’d buy it again even though I think it’s pretty expensive for a cabinet. My fear is that had I bought one for less, it would have been low quality, hard to assemble due to poor alignment of weld nuts and flimsy which this cabinet is not.
