Mine are more orange to yellow. They are a fast grower/spreader and very full.

If planted on trellis, how high will they climb?

Mine have remained at about 2- feet high. None of the”climbers” I purchased actually grown much at all nor climbed. The roses on this one are pretty, although much smaller than pictured.

Accidentally mowed over, will it survive?

First, you need to put a stake beside it so that don't happen again. Trim the ends of your stalks at an angle, make sure tou water regular, and pray it survives
