Glutamine is the real deal. It's tasteless and it's great for your gut health and immune system.There are certain fads that come and go. Super foods, creams, shampoos, oils, vitamins/minerals. Diets also become popular and then become forgotten. Glutamine has never been a fad, but it will never need to prove itself. It has a reputation of being a bodybuilding supplement, but I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone with leaky gut or ulcers, and I would still recommend it to anyone who exercises regularly. Just mix it in with your water; it dissolves and is completely tasteless. It helps you recover and will keep you from getting sick often if you have that issue.Your Glutamine levels decrease on regular activity, and without supplementation, you put yourself at risk of deficiency.This particular brand is very high quality. I haven't tried others, but mostly because I haven't had the need to. The powder is very fine and there are no clumps.They used to include a scoop which they no longer do. But I just use a dry spoon. Everyone should add this to their regular supplementation. It's cheap, effective, proven, and lasts forever.I would also suggest taking Vitamin D, as that is another supplement that is proven to help for many that don't get the recommended amount of sun.

Glutamine is really good for you. I use it because I weight train and that is a killer on your body. Glutamine helps your body release HGH (Human Growth Hormone). HGH helps to burn body fat and increase the size of your muscles. It also helps your body support your muscles (rather than breaking them down). It is also supposed to help keep your GI tract working properly.This Glutamine is great. There is no taste or smell. You can mix it into anything without messing up the taste. Just be careful not to heat it up since glutamine shouldn’t be heated. I mix this into my pre & post workout shakes. Also I mix it in my before bed shake. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed in this product because it is very effective and great quality at such a low price. So if you’re looking for something to help with muscle soreness this right here is worth your money.

Taste good

This product is pretty new so I thought I'd give it a try. Ive been taking Glutamine from GNC for quite some time. I have to say this Glute is working very well. I take before and after my workouts and it has helped me recover faster and more complete than me not using it. I workout 6 days a week with weights and cardio everyday...Without the Glute I would not be able to keep this pace.. All in all this is a solid product that I will probably buy it again.UPDATE: I have been using this Glutamine for the past 6 months, and I have been 100% satified. Glutamine plays key roles in protein metabolism, cell volumizing, and anti-catabolism. Glutamine also increases your ability to secrete Human Growth Hormone, which helps metabolize body fat and support new muscle growth. Glutamine's anti-catabolism ability prevents the breakdown of your muscles.This is especially useful for people 'cutting down'. Especially during summer when you're trying to get rid of some body fat without losing any muscle. Glutamine is needed throughout your body for optimal performance. Love mixing this with some peanut butter. I’ve been drinking this stuff since November and when I focused a bit more on my legs they got really defined and hard with that line we know about. It may bloat you but it’s all about diet and your work out intensity. I would drink two shakes a day but dinner would be light and I work a night shift 12:30-11pm so I would eat breakfast before work with both shakes. Dinner would consist of: baked chicken, mixed veggies, and basmati rice. For me It’s the calories and taste making the price worth it.

I can't really speak about the ingredient quality of this product. I don't know whether it's got the advertised protein in it, etc. I'm not a chemist.It does contain 3 g of creatine per serving. I normally have 5 g of creatine, so this added 3 g must be taken into considerations. I've had to adjust my schedule to cut down on the plain creatine. Not a problem, just something to be aware of.It mixes well with liquid, and you can drink it at your leisure.I dislike the flavor. That's probably a personal thing, and not a defect in the product. Still...As for value for money - if it's as advertised, then it's fine.I'll probably buy this again. The flavor isn't a huge problem, and I feel I need some added protein in my diet. I'd recommend it to someone who wanted extra protein.
