It served the purpose of… purchased the blond wigs. I think it was comfortable for my husband and son in law. The size made it easy to slip on the thickness was as well as to be expected. The hair quality was fine, but the curls flopped. It may be able to hold with some spray if I curl it later.

My wife and I occasionally like to play George Washington and Cornwallis in the bedroom and this colonial wig really does the trick

Bought this for a birthday party featuring a wig exchange. After making sure it didn’t need to be a normal beautiful wig, I decided on THIS wig and let the hilarity ensue. The person that ended up wearing this all over town cracked jokes all night long about her dance moves being unconstitutional…getting carded at the bar door? “Don’t you recognize me from the dollar bill?!” Best purchase ever. If you ever wanted to envision what Washington looked like twerking, get yourself this bad boy. It’s well made and survived hours of dancing without shifting too much

Feels like real hair. I did however coat it with hair spray because the company didn’t. I didn’t want it coming undone.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Looks nothing like the photos. Like someone else said you get more of a mad scientist look or like a silkie chicken. The curls are small and almost in noticeable and the rest is long and pokes you in the eyes! Served its purpose for wig night though, seeing as it is a wig!

The hair in the front and on the sides above the curls is short and simply combed into place, so within seconds it blows loose for a crazy inventor sort of look rather than the colonial look it is supposed to be. For this price, I think anything else would have been better. I was very disappointed at how quickly this simply disintegrated. This photo is after about 5 minutes of being worn. Plus, it barely fit on my 11 year olds head- I don’t think it would fit an adult with an average size head.
