I've been a fan of Rotel Tomatos and Green Chilies for years. It is convenient to buy them by the case and have them delivered to my front door, without locating them at the grocers. One can is enough to spice up my homemade soups, or add to a pot of beans.As an ingredient to a dip, boy does it have an impact! Just be cautious when someone has a delicate tummy, as Rotel is not for sissies. Refrigerated and opened to eat with crackers for a snack is also convenient just by themselves.
