Beware Amazon shipping - the cardboard shipping box looked like an accordion
I love the product and the shell shape. Perfect for dumping a whole box into a pot of vegetable soup. They are very tasty and kept their shape after a long cook, etc.BUT ... I bought a case of six and they showed up with one of end of the shipping box looking like an accordion, and of course the pasta boxes on the inside had also been crushed and were open on the end. Because it is food they are not returnable and OH, does that irritate me.Nothing to be done about it but if you care about whether your food is exposed to the air before you receive it, just be aware and beware.

Makes Good Lasagna with Uncooked Pasta
Find a recipe that calls for uncooked lasagna noodles so that there is enough moisture in the assembled lasagna to fully cook the noodles from the uncooked state. One noodle fits very nicely in my glass bread loaf pan, so I generally make more layers than is directed in the recipe; and may only make 1/2 a recipe. I'm only feeding 2 people.

Easy, tasty lasagna
I just made our first lasagna from these noodles last night and we were very pleased with the result. Just adding the dry noodles to the pan with the other ingredients makes preparation easy. Plus it tastes good.

Excellent alternative to high-glycemic pasta
I really like Chickpea products. Their lasagna noodles are cut with the fun "wavy" edges like traditional pasta.Because these noodles are made from chickpeas, they add a lot of flavor to my lasagnas. They're just better than standard pasta at taking on the flavors in the dish. The texture is very nice after initial baking. Reheating after refrigeration or freezing does cause these noodles to break down a bit, but that just makes for a creamier lasagna. These legume-based noodles have a great deal of nutrition per calorie, as opposed to flour pastas, and this is a big purchase factor for me.The only thing I didn't like is that a lot of the noodles get broken in transit. Every box seems to have a 20%-60% quantity of broken pieces, many of which are very very small. This turns lasagna-making into puzzle time! But I love the noodles and will continue to purchase them.

Unacceptable!
I love the noodles but they came in a thousand pieces. The box was all taped up and had a hole in the side of it. Unacceptable!!!

This brand is by far the best.
I've tried several chick pea pastas, and this is by far the best. The others were mushy - more like a dumpling.

Tasty if cooked right!
I will start off by saying, these noodles are a great replacement if you're looking fora healthy alternative to your regular noodles. I felt good feeding these to my family, knowing that they're packed with protein and fiber, and carb sensitive. There is however a little learning curve with cooking these noodles, to get the right texture. had i read up on them a little more i probably would have known that. but its best to boil water then add noodles, then reduce water to a simmer and watch them closely so they don't get overdone, otherwise they turn out really mushy. When cooked correctly, the flavor is very similar to a regular noodle. to which i am very happy about! The other thing i will note on, is that the boxes are very small, and I'm not sure how you get 4 servings out of one individual box-- we used 2 boxes for a family of 4, but there was definitely no left overs. however this is a health food so maybe portion control?overall, i did enjoy using this pasta, and i will continue to use this pasta in replacement to grain noodles.

They are tasty but not as good as their other styles
These are like Ukrainian nesting dolls they all fit inside each other after cooking. If you like dense noodles these are 5 stars if not 4 stars.
