Heat distribution on the baseplate is greatly improved and this non-stick coating is the best I have ever come across. I use it to make scrambled eggs for my breakfast and it’s fast, the egg never sticks and what there is left as residue is easily wiped off once cooled. Very happy.

This is my second Green Pan of their design. My previous one must be nearly 20 years old and is beginning to show that it has been used. Green pan is such a good make and I have never been disappointed with their products. Some consider that they are expensivce, to which I say 'how many pans would you have bought' over the same period of time. This particular pan has a subtle pouring lip which does not make liquid run all over the place when pouring out of the pan. I recommend this product.

Update - the bottom of two of the pans have gone rusty, not a good sign for the induction hob I’m have installed in the new year. They are still very non stick and clean very well!! I fear my new hip will be marked from day one if I use these?? These pans look good, are none stick and wash very easily. The lid handel’s can get hot, but I have insulated gloves to lift them, they aren’t a problem.Further update Dec 2020 x after leaving a message on their website through Amazon, probably a wait of 7/8 weeks, I got a reply and apology and asking for further information ! I sent further pictures of my pans and a description of the ‘fault’! I received a reply by return advising that a further set of pans had been ordered for me (haven’t received them yet), and he hoped we would be very happy with them when they arrive. I’d say although it took some time to answer initially, their customer service went beyond my expectations. Looking forward to receiving my new pans x

ideal shape strong construction

A fantastic quality saucepan, made from premium materials and looks good.I needed a none stick pan for my sauces and scrambled eggs but I'm not fond of none stick coatings anymore so searched out Ceramic and found this little beauty.A lovely saucepan and worth every penny...which for a pan of this quality is not a lot!Highly recommended.

I really thought this would be the one pan! Looked great! felt premium and had a good weight on it. But... even with the meticulous cleaning and maintenance of the pan. The non stick has started to...stick!Slightly disappointed as these are meant to be premium products, and I'm usually a firm believer of get what you pay for. Alas not with the Green Pan.I had a stainless steel pan from Ikea which I was meant to retire after buying this. Its now back from retirement :)

excellent quality

The saucepan arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Green pan make excellent cookware and we have three of their frying pans of different sizes. This was the first saucepan we had purchased and it is, like their flying pans, exceptionally well made, robust, and perfectly at home on our ceramic hob. The non stick interior is first class, easy to clean, and the glass lid has remained clear and unmarked. Completely recommend Green Pan products, including this saucepan.
