I've used this supplement for years. This is the second time I've bought this brand and I am super happy with this brand. They are easy to swallow and its great packaging.

I bought this to relieve stress and to help me not become burned out from the stress, to have more energy and better focus. In spite of not enough sleep and having to learn ANOTHER computer program at work, I've been able to focus better and not feel overwhelmed. I'm a happy person by nature, but I think this has helped me stay upbeat and has even help push me through my longer workouts. I rarely miss a day of taking these and will repurchase when I get close to running out. Quality product, for sure.

I use this for depression. I've read several journal articles and this seems to be working. My wellness doctor had me to try 5HTP, and this did nothing for me. On my own research, Rhodiola is a herbal supplement to try for overall wellness and this seems to be working for me. Great product and with the Bioperine is what I was looking for. Will definitely reorder this product.

Rhodiola was recommended to me by my personal trainer. I started with a low dosage and decided to try the higher dosage. Better focus, increased energy, and just a general boost seems to result. I even got my husband to take it!
