BLANCO 442531 Precis 30" Single Bowl-Truffle Sink

Before this purchase, I bought this sink from a local retailer, it came delivered with two cracks and I had to return the sink. I then ordered the same sink from this reseller. It was delivered very quickly, but upon opening I quickly saw it was packaged with expanding foam which was very different from the standard packing of the prior sink’s 4 foam inserts. It looked as though this reseller repackage this sink to ensure it was free of shipment damage, this is my assumption, but just happy it came well packaged and free of damage because I needed it asap for a counter installation. One other item was the prior sink’s inner Blanco logo was a puffy sticker and was crooked. This resellers sink has a nice and straight silk screen logo, or at least looks silk screened, it’s attractive. The sink is not installed, so I can’t review the sink’s functionality, but I wanted to review how nice the unboxing experience was for me.Edit note many months later:I’ve been very happy with this sink. The black color is amazing, the sink is easy to keep clean, I see no scratches. I can’t even come up with a complaint or an issue.

These are nice sinks. We had one that broke as a result of abuse. Ordered a new one and didn’t understand the sizing so it was too small. Returned it and got the correct size and it’s perfect! The return was my fault and thus my expense but the refund processed quickly.Highly recommend!

The truffle color is the perfect greige for those using the carrera quartz or marble and don't want a white sink. I've had a granite composite sink from Blanco before in a dark charcoal color - it was much harder to keep looking clean and showed lots of spots. This color is amazing and looks sparkly clean all the time.If you're debating on two compartment vs this large single - take my word for it...go single!! You can fit even the biggest pots and pans in there. Thanksgiving clean up was much easier this year.

Absolutely five star. I do not regret this purchase at all. It’s one of my favorite things in my house remodel. I got the dark grey- black one. It’s gorgeous, easy to clean. In fact, I never have to clean it, it hides everything. Maybe because it’s dark?Anyways, I love it, very classy. I like that it is a one hole tub sink.Spend the extra. Do not cheap out and get stainless. Stainless is not stainless. I got one of those for my mudroom. Regret that.Love this sink.....one year later)!!

Bottom is flat so water does not drain without quite a bit of help. Water spots take a lot of rubbing to remove. ( I don't mean from water sitting.) Bought 1 1/2 months ago. Very noisy.

Love my new laundry room sink! Quite sizable and deep so it’s a perfect replacement for the old set tub we had! Contractor washed all kinds of things in this sink during construction of this room, and it was easily cleaned afterwards. Paint was not a problem, even though they tell you not to get paint in it. No problems with that. Sink does NOT come with a drain and it had to purchased separately. Love the look and the sturdiness of it.
