So having suffered for sometime with, at times, very painful hemorrhoids I was extremely dubious as to whether these would work. I have tried over the counter remedies from the usual manufacturers, cremes and suppositories, which ease but didn't address the issue long term. These tablets worked. They took a couple of weeks to properly resolve my issue, but they did calm it almost straight away.Easy to swallow pills and at a price that is more reasonable

The tablets work well, good shape and size to swallow. Once I saw an improvement, I used as a maintenance dose 2/3 days a week.

I used to take the Arvenum 500gr. As this product cannot be found in the UK, I was lucky to find something similar. I tried other brands but they were not working for me. Until I found Omniven 500 by Dulác. It contains the same amount of Hesperidin and Diosmin which I need. In addition it also contains 3 natural substances that is good for blood circulation. This product helps ease the swollen and heavy sensation of my ankles and legs and it prevents from forming varicose veins. Obviously, exercise along with this tablets will notably increase the good effect.

After using multiple different creams etc with no results, these have made a huge difference after just two weeks of use. I take 2 tablets a day and this has had a dramatic effect

A friend recommended to use these as they help with circulation problems. Unfortunately after using one box I didn't find they did anything for me so I won't be buying again. I put three stars onky because I can see they can help other people, just not right for my personal situation.

I have stage 3 and a stapling procedure done in the past that affected me badly to this day I'm chasing hospitals to see the affects of that stapling operation they went for. I get alot of discharge and I'm in total agony for hours after visitng the loo, eberu single day without fail, not to mention the bleeding.Been taking this medicine (one tablet a day) with a fasting regime (Ramadan) for 20 days now.Somehow it reduced the inflammation and although I still bleed in the toilet, it has become much less frequent than in the past. The discharge that used to cause so much pain in the nerves is causing less pain (probably reduced the pain by a third at least). It hasn't eradicated the issue but it has helped and so I will continue to use it while watching my diet.It will help people with chronic haemorrhoids for sure so try it for a month and see how it goes, as I did.
