Senseo coffee is so much better than Kuerig! It comes in paper pods and is made in a Philips Senseo coffee maker. I won't drink any other coffee.

My favorite coffee blend for my Senseo.

I LOVE Doue Egbert coffee and had been looking for pods. However, these are pads, not pods. The outside of the bag says pads although the ads say pods. There is a difference. What this means is you don't get the full flavor if used in another kinds of one-cup coffee maker where you have to stuff them in. One is insufficient but putting two in does not work at all - it's a waste. However, since my coffee maker came with a filter that you can put regular loose coffee in, we have been cutting these pads open and using them that way. Might require a tiny bit more than one pad to fill the filter (I just add a little regular coffee). It works but I would love it if I could just get regular pods and slip them right in. The coffee flavor is the best I have ever had - I believe I first tasted this brand on a KLM flight to the Netherlands back in the 90's; asked the flight attendant what it was and she just said "regular coffee" nothing special. She was wrong about that - especially if you have ever had any other airline coffee. The Doue Egbert machines make the best coffee; smooth - no acidy taste or feel and yet strong coffee flavor. Too bad they are so rare in the states.

Exactly as described and just what I wanted

As a new coffee drinker, I love the ease, value, and quality of these Senseo pods. From a newby perspective, the flavor is full but smooth. I use a Hamilton Beach dual coffee maker. Clean up is tossing the pod and a quick rinse of the drop bowl. The cost is a just a bit higher than scooping ground coffee into the single-serve filter basket -- but I don't think this can be beaten for flavor, freshness, and ease.

Pods arrived in good condition. Taste is OK, but would be better if they used Arabica coffee beans instead of Robusta beans. That is a personal preference for me when using sugar and coffee creamer in my coffee. Arabica coffee has a clean finish, whereas Robusta lingers on the tongue in an unpleasant way.

I have a Hamilton-Beach combination coffee maker. Most days I make 8-10 cups for my husband and me in the large carafe. But every so often we need another cup, so I use these pods for the single serve side. The first time I only used one pod for the full 16-oz cup. Needless to say, the result was weak and tasteless. I tried 2 pods and the coffee was amazing. So, it seems one pod will make an 8-oz cup of coffee. I keep the pods in an airtight container at room temperature and they stay fresh for months. No more trying to measure loose coffee for one cup!
