Excellent product. I wish I tried it before. I got PIXIE sanitizing silicone cup too. Makes sterilisation process so much quicker and easy. I'm a first time user and bought the incorrect size. The company's customer service was outstanding and super efficient. I was offered a new product the size that would fit me free of charge. The instructions provided are very clear and easy to follow, which made the initial setup straightforward.I originally ordered the wrong size, which caused a few minor technical issues because the larger size didn’t fit as intended. I contacted the support team, and they replied the very next day. Their customer service was fantastic—extremely helpful and understanding. They immediately arranged for a replacement in the correct size, and it arrived very quickly.Great product and even better customer care! Highly recommended.

This menstrual disc is a super comfy and game-changing period product. It’s cute, flexible, leak-resistant, and lasts for half day even works for mess-free period sex. It might take a bit of practice at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a total breeze

After using this disc for the first time i'm now completely converted!It took a few attempts to get the right angle for insertion, but there are plenty of videos online that explain how to do this.I had no leaks, even on my heavy days, and emptying into the toilet was easy too. Highly recommend!

Disc is Self-Emptying when using the loo, I would reccomened panty liners to be paired with this as it leaves excess in the vaginal canal after you have finished.I wish I’d done a bit more research before choosing this product.I actually quite like using this disc for light flow days, and it’s comfortable once you get the hang of it. Unlike tampons, I’d recommend choosing your size based on your anatomy — not your flow — as the sizes vary a lot in fit, not just capacity. They are easy to clean and feel hygienic.The kit itself is thoughtfully put together. While I personally don’t use the wipes or lube, it’s a nice bonus to have them included, especially with the travel bag.However, what let this product down for me was the lack of clear information — particularly around a key feature: this disc self-empties when you go to the toilet. This is actually an intended feature due to the shape and placement. This is currently mentioned lower down in the description but I would reccomened heading to their website for further info on this.I purchased this hoping for a cleaner, leak-free experience, but that hasn’t always been the case. It’s a shame because I may have chosen differently if this had been clearer upfront and gone for their cup.That said, I’ve heard better things about their cup (not the disc), which apparently creates a seal and doesn’t have the self-emptying feature — I hope to give that a try next.EDIT- the company has kindly reached out and offered me either a full refund, or their pixie cup combo kit instead. I will be trying the cup and reviewing this next. Increased stars from 2 to 4 down to the self emptying feature being described on the listing (lower down in the description) and the amazing customer service from the company!

I had such high hopes for this product but it has been awful! For the first time in years, I have had to buy tampons. I can't trust the disc if I leave the house because it leaks! Sometimes it works but the majority of the time it doesn't. I used to use a cup and I never had this issue. I'm going to have to repurchase a new cup because this is disc is just a nuisance.

I really liked this, much better than tampons. Excellent for swimming and for those days when you know your due to start but unsure of the exact day. It also catches discharge. I cut the cord off as I felt like it would stay put better and it did.I have had two natural deliveries and had no issues with the size.

Ordered under my husbands account hence the name!So I’ve really struggled to find the ‘right’ cup/disc. Everything felt uncomfortable no matter how much I rearranged it and I spent a small fortune trying out different ones!I took ages deciding which size to get because I didn’t want to get a large one and end up just as uncomfortable as all the others I tried! Decided to go with the medium.Was really happy to receive a cute little travel bag with extra goodies, a really clear instruction booklet and the disc itself. After a few tries I worried I should have ordered the small and contacted customer services for advice. I heard back immediately and was told they would send me a small disc free of charge for my persistence in trying to find the ‘right’ one. Within a couple of days I had received another little travel bag with the small.If I’m completely honest I still don’t know which suits me best and I tend to change between them depending on how much discomfort I am in. I have Adenomyosis so periods are really painful anyway and I really don’t want to add that pain!Every time I get the disc out of the little travel bag I am reminded of how kind the company were to send me another one and how effortless the whole situation was.The discs themselves are super flexible but with a sturdy enough rim that it keeps its shape well. If you are considering buying I would say do it! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed and it might just end your ‘quest’ to find the right one if you are anything like me!Thanks Pixie!
